انا عندي مشكله فى لابتوبي ديل موديل انسبايرون 1440 كنت قافله بي باسوورد
وحاليا نسيته وبعدها اصبحت تجيني شاشه بيضاء فيها كلام كثير وفيها كود : 1trs3k1-595b#
من اليسار الى اليمين رجاء ساعدوني

ولقيت كود وضغط انتر و جاني كلام فى شاشه سوداء مكتوب فيه : invalid configuration information - please run setup program
خلاص اتظبط كل شئ لكني نسيت الباس وحاولت عملت للجهاز اعاده تشغيل جاتني نفس الشاشه بعدها كتبت الكود جاتني كلام هوه hard-disk #***5ve73cm7-595b the system primary hdd is protected by a password authentication system you cannot accessdata on this hard drive without the he password
وفكرت امسح كلمه الهارديسك
كيف امسح كلمه المرور الخاصه بالهارديسك وهو اللابتوب فى حاله دي
رجاء انا حاليا عندي بعثه لي السودان وحاليا شغلي كله معطل
